On Saturday, May 18th, the museums of Sitges will open their doors for free with a special program to celebrate International Museum Day 2025. This annual initiative not only allows visitors to explore the permanent collections at no cost, but also enjoy cultural activities, workshops, themed guided tours, and temporary exhibitions designed for all audiences.

Which Museums Participate in Sitges?

Among the spaces you can visit for free are:

  • Cau Ferrat Museum: Former home and studio of Santiago Rusiñol, a gem of Catalan modernism and one of the most emblematic museums in Sitges.
  • Maricel Museum: Featuring an impressive art collection ranging from the 10th century to contemporary realism.
  • Stämpfli Foundation: Dedicated to contemporary art, with works by international artists.
